We recommend beginning the Basic Puppy Package at 6-8 weeks of age. Bring a fresh stool sample to the first visit. Vaccines and fecal testing repeat every three weeks until protocol completion.
The package includes a full physical exam, initial DAPP vaccine, fecal test and deworming, with DAPP boosters, repeat fecals and deworming every three weeks. Leptospirosis, Bordetella and rabies are given on final visits.
Visit count varies by start age but typically requires multiple visits every three weeks until two DAPPs are given after 12 weeks. The last two visits include leptospirosis, and the final visit includes rabies and Bordetella.
Yes. Bring a fresh stool sample in a sealed container or bag, ideally collected within 24 hours. The fecal test guides deworming decisions and helps detect common intestinal parasites early.
Mild reactions are common: temporary soreness, decreased appetite or mild lethargy for 24-48 hours. Serious allergic reactions are rare. Monitor your puppy and contact us immediately if you see severe swelling, difficulty breathing, or persistent vomiting.
