Amazing amazing amazing! Exceptional medical care for my fur babies at the lowest rates in the valley. 100 bucks covered my exam AND the medication. Plus the kind Dr even went above and beyond giving me a script that was enough for my other kitty that was sick with the same thing at home. So kind and compassionate. Hi , my dog had to go in for a ruptured cyst, she’s also a bit reactive. We got there as soon as they opened hoping no one was there! There wasn’t 😊 they got us checked in and allowed us to wait in the medical exam room for the doctor.
Not only are they pretty upfront about pricing but it’s very reasonable. We were in and out and my bay felt so safe. Times are hard and I’m so thankful for them. 💗 I forgot my nurse and vets name but thank you guys again! 💗...more

I don't give any one a 5star rating them girls at tatum and Greenway deserve it,the doc shes right on point she started off a little timid with my rottie,and her tech she did and excellent job keeping bella distracted whiledoc performed the exam I have a hard time find good vets who will see rotties so bella was to wound up and stung on doggie treats to show any signs of pain.so doc called it a spain andsent me home with some meds and if she's not better ina coupledays we will go back and get a referal for X-rays they arw not a full service vet butthedo emergency and general exams and shots and do allow walk ins emergencys pricing was reasonable. They do take care credit. And they are close by.so I think we found a new general vet. So if you live in the belmont area I definitely recommend them... Bella got mad when we left .....more

I have had to run to this vet more than twice now with my yorkie baby. She’s 3 and quite the little rascal. I was greeted and promptly addressed and taken back with my dog. They have always been very sweet, kind, calm and thorough with my baby. They answered any and all questions. Helped my girl out and we were out the door and back home within 35 mins. I guess I’ve been lucky enough to not have to wait ever. I just want to thank Dr Casey and the staff for always helping me get my girl back to her normal self! Amazing experience! This clinic has an online feature that lets you register your pet and see who's in line and get in queue. When I arrived I had to trouble finding it and there was plenty of parking. The place is a maculate. I could almost see my reflection on the floor. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I waited for just a few minutes before going back into the exam room. The nurse and the doctor were excellent I could tell they were really listening to what I said instead of just absently nodding ignoring me and charging me hundreds of dollars for meds that don't work, like other places I've been. I couldnt be more happier with my experience here. They heard me, did the exam, told me what they thought we should do and explained it all to me. I agreed and they brought me the payment machine and the medication and I was on my way the whole exam was 15 min and the best part the exam was only $65 and the meds my cat needed were only like $25 so for all that I paid less that a hundred bucks and I didnt have to make an appointment I just walked in. Thime last place I went charged me $300 and she didn't get better even a little! I love this place and won't go anywhere else from now on!...more

One of the biggest things that sets them apart is that they welcome walk-in and no appointment is necessary, which is a lifesaver when something unexpected comes up. Really like Dr Casey. Not an extremist. Gave my cat supportive care since could not find anything glaring. Thankfully he ended up fine within 36 hours without running up thousands of dollars in vet bills.

My dog and I had a great experience here. With fear free handling, she was in and out fast, and staff was very helpful and caring. Their low cost prevention plans are available for cats and dogs offer necessary vaccines, office vist, ect. While schedules can vary weekly at all three clinics, care can be obtained Monday-Saturday.
If your pet has a minor illness, this is also a great option and walk ins are always available. You can register and check in on line to see wait times. 😀...more

Love that PetWell was walk-in and I didn’t have to wait for an appt. Especially as we got a new puppy and I wanted a health exam and vaccines asap. The staff from front desk to vet tech to the vet herself were all super nice, informative and made me feel at ease. We took in our 11 year old kitty, Max, who was having litterbox issues and just overall needed a senior workup and I cannot recommend this place enough! I wish we can take all of our animals here for primary care!! Dr Casey was extremely thorough and did an excellent job getting blood and urine from our kitty. He didn’t even make a peep! She even thought to check in his ears which we didn’t even think about. All of his tests including his exam fee was less than $350. new 5-week old kitten was not eating and had an upper respiratory infection. They prescribed antibiotics and showed me how to administer it. Then they gave me a large plastic syringe and some prescription pet food and showed me how to squeeze a few drops into kitten's mouth to get him used to feeding. After about 3 days the kitten started eating on its own. Now he is ravenous and I have to be careful not to let him over-feed. Pricing was very reasonable and staff was very friendly. The business-model takes a little getting used to, there is no phone number where you can call in and speak to a receptionist. However, you can just walk in any time or you can schedule an appointment online....more

My 8 month old chihuahua turned into a cactus and had cactus needles in her snout Thursday around 6:30pm. I was panicking, she wouldn’t hold still for me to get them out. I found Pet Well Clinic on a google search that was open until 7:00. They got me right in when I arrived at 6:50. It took 3 of us to hold the puppy down, but the Doc got all ten of the needles out thank goodness. I was so impressed with this vet clinic I will use this as my dog’s primary veterinary facility. PetWell is awesome! They were recommended to me by the surgical center I used for my cat Simka's teeth cleaning. And what a great find! Their veterinarian, Dr. Edwardo was great with Simka and gave him a very thorough, but gentle, exam. And it only cost $55...for the whole year. I can take Simka back any time in the next year for vaccinations or further tests and the exam fee won't be charged. In addition, its a walk-in clinic...no need for an appointment. Only wish they had come on the scene sooner!...more

Recently, our long-time vet sold their practice and we didn't really want to look for a new one. We had a lovely first time experience bringing in our sick pup to this clinic. We had to take our three kittens to get their first exam because they had some sneezing and goopy eyes. I had gotten a flyer from Petwell Clinic in the mail, so we decided to give them a try since they had hours that worked with our schedule and there was no appointment needed since it is walk-in only. Everyone there is very caring and help. The vet listened to all my concerns and did not rush me (like a lot a Dr's do). Even after our visit I had several questions regarding my dog, Maggie and Veterinary Assistant, Jas responded promptly to my (several) email correspondence & answered all my questions. I highly recommend Pet Well Clinic for any non-emergency pet care needs. The online check in and "get in line" option practically eliminate the in office wait time. And if your dog is anything like mine (overly protective of me with strangers and other animals) and any time not having to wait in the lobby and around other pets and people stressing out your dog, is greatly appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic! I am an extremely attached "Parent" I dont like the word owner, and most vet hospitals and clinics take forever to get into or you have to just drop them off all day where your family member is stuck in a small kennel waiting for their turn even if its just a check up. Here I was greeted immediately as a walk-in, clean, friendly and welcoming. They took my information and back I went for the exam and recommended treatment. They understood my concerns and how my Lola is family and deserves the best yet at the same time THE PRICES WERE VERY AFFORDABLE. I got AAA+ service, VIP treatment and paid 1/3 the cost. This is now my second time at petwell—I’ve previously been to the ahwatukee location—and I’m so glad they’re expanding into phoenix. They’ve taken great care of my dog and I love that everything is done in front of you. So excited PetWell is near us!! I took my cattle dog mix in the day after they opened and everything is already running so smoothly, they’re pros!

I got my sweet pup vaccinated and the best part is, I got to be with him the whole time! So he was totally unafraid.

The whole team there was friendly and amazing, (shout out to Cole and Jas and the wonderful Dr. Gutierrez!) and it’s the lowest-stress I’ve ever seen my dog in a vet-related situation.
